Bringing Animal Renovations To Campbell County

BARCC is here for our animals and our community. We are 501c3 dedicated to building a new animal shelter for Campbell County, VA.

*Update August 2026 – County Administration is moving forward with the bidding process and we are excited for these next steps. We are continuing to fundraise as much as possible before the blueprints are finalized to help make it the best animal shelter we can with the money we have available. BARCC will continue to fundraise after blueprints and even after the shelter is built. We are here to help support the Campbell County Animal Shelter for many years to come, even after it’s built!
