BARCC is a 501c3 advocating for a new animal shelter facility. We work along side Friends of Campbell County Animal Control (FOAC) who help with adoptions. A new facility would increase foot traffic to help get more animals adopted. Two different organizations with the same goal. Every paw deserves a home and Campbell County deserves a better facility.
