BARCC hired Dominion Seven Architects to meet and gather input from Campbell County Animal Control, Friends of Campbell County Animal Control, and Campbell County Administration for a new animal shelter. Below are the current conceptual designs based on multiple meetings and edits with all groups.
$5 million would cover the costs below, but there are also different phases starting with a minimum cost of around $3.5 million.
